BACKGROUND:

An outgoing smart-alecky conspiracy theorist with a thing for the ladies, John Arrowhawk masks his insecurities about his powers with an air of arrogance. His penchant for being dogged in pursuing the truth has made him a superstar in the FBI. In fact, he was the youngest ASAC (Assistant Special Agent in Charge) in his Los Angeles FBI field office. His investigative adventures have led him into the crosshairs of some of Washington’s political elite. He broke the “Kerrington Affair” case involving the chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and his illegal use of CIA operatives for a covert mission against an international crime figure . His experience with the Kerrington Affair left no love lost between him and various operatives in the CIA. His investigative instincts are what keeps the Vigil team on task in their pursuit of the truth of their origin.

POWER DESCRIPTION:

Agent Arrowhawk’s ability allows him to control and emit all forms of energy. He can form any type of energy construct he can imagine.

His powers work on similar principle as photovoltaic cell—he can convert sunlight directly into multiple energy forms with 90% efficiency. In order to replenish his powers, he requires either sunlight or high food intake to replenish his powers.
