• APPLICATION: LLPT Butyl Sealing Tape is ideal for waterproofing (permanent sealing) of joints, inner/outer corners etc. It can be applied underneath ceramic tiles or natural stones and can be used for indoors installations. Typical but not limited applications are bathrooms, showers, swimming pools etc. Work on glass, fiberglass, wood, coated or uncoated metals, plastic, rubber at tight corners, curves and most jagged surfaces. Ideal sealant for refurbishment home without any special treatment and other sealing projects, which requires built-on waterproof sealing, works outdoor and indoor for many years.
• PRODUCT FEATURES: It's made of synthetic composited butyl (single side adhesive) with laminated nonwoven fabric cover for non-drying, non-hardening and extremely working temperature that provides easy installation, forming, molding, shock-absorbing, mess free, waterproof, aging resistance, weatherproof, waterproof and high viscosity. It allows proper evaporation of water from tile’s adhesives and waterproofing coatings that come in contact with the tape. Highly resistant on hydrostatic pressure and vapor permeable, tear proof and chemical resistant. Very good behavior on temperature fluctuations.
• EASY TO USE: LLPT Butyl Sealing Tape delivers easy molding and instant adhesion to the surface of object; Ensure clean, dry surfaces, free from any shrinking tendencies. Remove any loose material or detached fragments, dust, grease etc. Seal off and repair any major gaps/cracks and release the butyl tape to areas you want to seal with proper press all around the tape; the best installation temperature is around 10 Celsius degree, too low will make the tape stiffer and too high, it might cause excess adhesive all around the tape after application.
