BACKGROUND:

Originally born in Montana but raised in Euclid, Ohio, Agent Fighting Bull was recruited by the CIA when her powers manifested at the age of 16. She discovered her metamorphosis abilities during a fight with some girls in high school. She excelled during her training as a CIA agent and became a specialist in counter-intelligence, computer systems, and espionage. Agent Fighting Bull became the first operative in the Spyscape division of the CIA’s Directorate of Operations. As Vigil’s lead intelligence officer, she always keeps the team a few steps ahead of their adversaries.

POWER DESCRIPTION:

Agent Fighting Bull has the ability of metamorphosis; being able to transform into any humanoid form. Her powers work on same principle as embryonic stem cells. Fighting Bull’s cells still have pleuripotent capability where they can differentiate into any cell type once given the correct chemical signals from her brain, which she voluntarily controls. This allows her virtually unlimited shape changing capability. With the help of her uniform she can also adopt the powers/abilities/skills of those she touches and morphs into.
